Preparation

In a blender, process until smooth: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup cubed cooked lobster meat, 3 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and chopped, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of hot pepper sauce.

Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
