Ingredients
2 cups flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 Roberts Eggs
1 can (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
Mix first 6 ingredients together; stir in vegetable oil and eggs. Add pineapple, carrots and nuts, mixing thoroughly. Pour batter into a well-buttered and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350˚ for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center tests clean. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
