Carrot Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef chuck
1 pound ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Roberts Egg
1 cup Roberts Milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together well. Form into a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
