Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower 1 1/2 cups Cheese Sauce paprika

Preparation

Remove leaves and wash cauliflower carefully. Break head into flowerettes. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes; drain. Pour Cheese Sauce over hot cauliflower. Garnish with paprika.

Yield: 4 servings
