Caviar Canapes

Ingredients

18 buttered toast shapes
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
2 jars (2 ounces each) caviar

Preparation

Spread each toast shape with about 1 tablespoon of sour cream; top with caviar.

Yield: 1 1/2 dozen

For best results with canapes, spread bases with topping just before serving. Canapes prepared too far in advance can dry out and lose their appeal.
