Chalet Sauce

Ingredients
1 package (2 3/4 ounce) cream of leek soup mix
2 cups water
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Preparation
Blend together soup mix and water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer 10 minutes. Combine sour cream and about 1/2 cup of soup mixture. Return this mixture to pan with remaining soup; stir in butter, paprika and chives. Heat very slowly until hot. Chalet Sauce is elegant over potatoes or other vegetables.
Yield: 3 cups
