Ingredients

2 cups Roberts Dry Curd Cottage Cheese
4 ounces Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup ground walnuts

Preparation

Process cottage cheese and Blue cheese in blender until smooth. Chill well. Form into balls about the size of marbles and roll in ground walnuts. Insert toothpick in each and chill well before serving.

Yield: 4 dozen
