Cheese Snack Rolls

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, cut
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation

Rub inside of mixing bowl with cut side of garlic clove. Combine cheeses and allow to soften. Blend cheeses together thoroughly; stir in chopped pecans. Mix paprika and chili powder together; sprinkle on a sheet of foil. Divide cheese mixture into thirds and shape each into long rolls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll each into paprika and chili powder, rolling until all powder has disappeared. Wrap rolls in foil and chill thoroughly. To serve, cut in slices and place on crackers.
