Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

1 Roberts Egg
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 jar (5 ounce) sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
1 loaf unsliced white bread

Preparation

Beat egg, butter and cheese together until fluffy. Trim crusts from bread; cut bread in 2 1/2 inch slices. Cut each slice lengthwise in thirds. Frost sides and top of each bread stick with cheese mixture. Place, unfrosted side down, on baking sheet and refrigerate overnight. (Any remaining cheese mixture may be covered and refrigerated up to one week.) Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; serve immediately.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Cheese Sticks are a good "make ahead" food to serve when entertaining.
