Cherry Cream Parfaits

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 can (20 ounce) cherry fruit filling

Preparation

Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, vanilla extract and salt, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold sour cream into whipped cream until thoroughly combined. In parfait glasses, layer cherry fruit filling and whipped cream mixture, topping with whipped cream mixture. Garnish each with a single cherry. Chill.
