Chicken Liver Spread

Ingredients

8 ounces chicken livers
1/4 teaspoon onion juice
dash garlic powder
dash seasoned salt
dash oregano 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
30 toast rounds

Preparation

Simmer chicken livers in small amount of water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain; cool. Grind fine. Blend remaining ingredients with livers; chill thoroughly. Spread on toast rounds.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
