Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

4 small whole chicken breasts
1/2 cup seasoned flour
dash oregano
3 tablespoons Roberts Butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Marsala

Preparation

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour; sprinkle lightly with oregano. Melt butter in skillet; add olive oil. Brown chicken well on all sides in skillet. Pour wine over chicken; cover, reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
