Chilled Cucumbers

Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
1 1/2 cups Roberts Sour Cream
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped chives
Preparation
Score unpeeled cucumbers with fork; slice thin. Toss cucumber slices with remaining ingredients.
