Chive Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Cream butter; mix in chopped chives and onion powder. Use on fish, steaks, vegetables, hot rolls and as a canape spread.

Yield: 1/2 cup
