Chocolate Bonbons

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Margarine, softened
2 cups peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
3 cups crushed crisp rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chips
1 square 2 x 2 x 2
1/2 paraffin

Preparation

Cream margarine well; stir in peanut butter and mix until well-blended. Gradually add powdered sugar and crushed cereal. Form mixture into 1 inch balls; chill. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together in the top of a double boiler over hot water; stirring to blend well. Dip each chilled ball into chocolate coating; place on waxed paper to harden.
