Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
5 tablespoons Roberts Milk

Preparation

Cream butter; add salt and vanilla extract, beating until smooth. Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa; add alternately with milk to the butter mixture, mixing until creamy.

Yield: frosting for 2-8 inch cake layers
