Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, softened
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese, sieved
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 Roberts Eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate, grated
3/4 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation
For crust, combine flour, powdered sugar and butter, mixing until smooth; press evenly in an 8 inch pie pan; prick several times with fork. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes; set aside. Beat together cottage cheese and cream cheese until fairly smooth; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sugar; beat until very smooth. Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over the cooled crust; pour half of the cheese mixture over grated chocolate. Repeat layers. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center tests clean. Spoon sour cream evenly over top and cool completely. Garnish with chocolate curls.
