Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Mix butter, brown sugar and vanilla using your mixer. Gradually blend in flour and cornstarch. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Pour sugar on a small plate. Dip bottom of drinking glass in sugar and gently press down on each cookie to flatten. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 min.
