Chocolate No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 square (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Roberts Milk
1/2 cup chunk-style peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
dash salt

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, cocoa or chocolate, vanilla extract and milk. Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in peanut butter, rolled oats and salt. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper; cool.
