Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Roberts Egg
2 1/2 cups Roberts Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix together cornstarch, sugar, cocoa and salt in a small bowl. Combine egg and milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water; gradually add cocoa mixture, stirring until well-blended. Cook over gently boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, cool slightly and add vanilla extract.
