Chocolate Revel Bars

Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 Roberts Eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
2 cups chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Cream 1 cup butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix together eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and add to creamed mixture. Sift together flour, baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt; stir in rolled oats. Gradually add dry ingredient mixture to creamed mixture; set aside. Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, remaining butter and remaining salt in the top of a double boiler; cook over simmering water, stirring occasionally, until chocolate chips melt and mixture is well-blended. Stir in chopped walnuts and remaining vanilla extract. Spread two-thirds of rolled oat mixture in a buttered and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Cover with chocolate mixture; dot with remaining rolled oat mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 1/2 x 3 inch bars.
