Chopped Chicken Livers

Ingredients

2 tablespoons finely grated onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
6 ounces chicken livers
1 Roberts Egg, hard-cooked
30 crackers

Preparation

Pan-fry onion and celery in butter until tender. Add chicken livers and cook until well-done. Grind cooked mixture with egg and mix thoroughly. Chill. Serve 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture on each cracker. Serve cold.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
