Ingredients

4 English muffins
Roberts Butter
16 slices bacon
8 large slices tomato
4 slices American cheese

Preparation

Split muffins in half; butter each side generously. Broil until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Cook bacon until almost crisp. Place 2 strips of bacon on top of each English muffin half. Top with tomato and cheese slices (an onion slice may be added, if desired). Broil until cheese is melted and is lightly browned.

Yield: 4 servings
