Cocktail Pineapple

Ingredients

2 pounds Braunschweiger
1 can (4 1/2 ounce) deviled ham
8 ounces cream cheese
1 large onion, grated
2 large dill pickles, grated

Preparation

Mash Braunschweiger with fork; combine with remaining ingredients and press into pineapple-shaped mold. Chill at least 6 hours. Unmold and cover with slices of pimento-stuffed olives and garnish with fresh pineapple crown leaves. Serve with wheat or rye crackers.
