Cocoa for a Crowd

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups hot water
1 gallon (16 cups) Roberts Milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup Roberts Whipping
Cream, whipped
cinnamon

Preparation

Blend cocoa, sugar and salt in a large saucepan; gradually add hot water, stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Beat with rotary heater until foamy. Serve hot, garnished with whipped cream and dash of cinnamon.

Yield: 1 1/8 gallons

Notes:

Hot cocoa is a perfect winter warmer-upper. Serve it often, topped with whipped Roberts Whipping Cream.
