Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

2 cups (8 ounces) instant cocoa mix 2 cups
Roberts Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
7/8 cup (3 ounces) powdered coffee creamer

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Store in a tightly covered container in a cool, dry place. To serve, place 1/4 cup of mix in cup and add boiling water. Stir until blended. Float a mound of whipped Roberts Whipping Cream or marshmallow on top of each serving if desired.

Yield: 24 servings

Notes:

For large groups, stir 1 recipe Cocoa Mix into 1 1/8 gallons (18 cups) of boiling water. Stir until well-mixed.
