Ingredients

2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese, sieved
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups Roberts Whipping Cream
fresh whole strawberries

Preparation

Beat sieved cottage cheese and salt together at high speed of electric mixer just until combined; gradually add cream, beating until very smooth. Pack cheese mixture firmly into a cheese-cloth-lined 7 inch heart-shaped basket or sieve; cover with waxed paper. Place basket over a large bowl; allow to drain in refrigerator overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and garnish with fresh whole strawberries.

Yield: 8 servings
