Coffee Punch

Ingredients

2 quarts (8 cups) strong coffee
2 cups Roberts Whipping Cream
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 quart Roberts Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

Chill coffee. Whip whipping cream; add sugar and vanilla extract gradually. Place scoops of ice cream and whipped cream in punch bowl and pour coffee over top. Mix well before serving.

Yield: about 2 1/2 quarts
