Cottage Cheese Filling

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Dry Curd Cottage Cheese, sieved
1 Roberts Egg Yolk
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated lemon rind
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/8 teaspoon mace, optional

Preparation

Mix together sieved cottage cheese and egg yolk until fairly smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
