Ingredients
1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 can (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup nuts, optional
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and nuts, if desired. Fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm.
