Cottage Cheese Spread

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Roberts Butter

Preparation

Blend cottage cheese and butter together until smooth. Use as a canape or sandwich spread.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Notes: To beat cottage cheese until smooth, force through a sieve once or twice, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth and spreadable.
