Cottage Cheese-Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (6 1/2 ounce) tuna, drained and flaked
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir in vinegar and salt. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 6 cup ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold and serve on salad greens, if desired. Garnish with additional cottage cheese and radish roses.
