Crab Louis Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and chill. Serve on Crab Louis Salad, chilled lobster or shrimp.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
