Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

4 ounces crab meat, chopped
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon steak sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
100 Won Ton noodle squares
1 Roberts Egg Yolk, beaten
oil for frying

Preparation

Mince crab meat and blend with cream cheese and seasonings. Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in center of noodle square. Fold square over to form triangle. Moisten edges slightly with beaten egg and twist together. Deep-fry in hot oil until delicately browned. Serve hot with Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Yield: about 100
