Crab Swiss Bites

Ingredients

1 can (7 1/2 ounce) crab meat
1 tablespoon diced green onion
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tube (12 count) refrigerated flaky-type dinner rolls
1 can (5 ounce) water chestnuts

Preparation

Drain and flake crab meat; combine with diced green onion, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Mix well. Separate each dinner roll into 3 layers; place crab mixture on top of each and crown with a slice of water chestnut. Bake on a lightly buttered baking sheet at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
