Cranberry Tea

Cookbook

Ingredients

1 pound (4 cups) cranberries, washed
3 quarts (12 cups) water
juice of 3 lemons
juice of 3 oranges
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup red cinnamon candies
8-10 whole cloves

Preparation

Cook cranberries in 1 quart water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until cinnamon candies are melted. Strain and serve hot.

Yield: about 3 quarts
