Cranberry Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cranberries, washed
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups diced tart apples
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped

Preparation

Force cranberries through grinder; mix in marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Stir in apples, grapes, walnuts and salt until thoroughly blended; fold in whipped cream and chill. Spoon into serving bowl or individual lettuce cups.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
