Cream Cheese-Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped
1-10 inch baked crust 1 package
(3 ounce) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (16 ounce) frozen strawberries, thawed

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until light, gradually beating in sugar. Fold cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together until thoroughly blended; spoon into baked pie crust, mounding high on sides; chill. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Meanwhile, drain strawberries, measuring liquid and adding cold water to measure 1/2 cup. Stir liquid into gelatin; chill until slightly thickened; stir in strawberries. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over cream cheese mixture, leaving edge uncovered. Chill until firm. (Keep refrigerated).
