Creamed Onions

Preparation

Cook 1 pound small onions according to Fresh Vegetable Cookery directions; drain. Prepare 1 cup Thin White Sauce; add cooked onions and serve hot. Season Sauce with grated cheese, celery seed, dill, mustard, rosemary or sage.

Yield: 4 servings
