Ingredients
Instant potatoes
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
Roberts 2% Milk
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
Chopped chives
Preparation
Make 6 servings of mashed potatoes according to package direction, except add chives to water. When whipped, add 1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese. Put into greased baking dish - dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30+ minutes.
