Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 medium onion, sliced
dill seed, optional

Preparation

Pare cucumbers, if desired, and slice; soak in salted water about 3 hours. Fold lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and chopped parsley into sour cream. Drain cucumber slices and separate onion slices into rings; toss with sour cream mixture. Garnish with dill seed, if desired. Chill.
