Curried Canape Spread

Ingredients

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, softened
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8–1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
rye bread or crackers

Preparation

Grate cheese into a large bowl. Blend in softened cream cheese and butter. Blend in the brandy, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Serve on rye bread or crackers.

Yield: 3 1/2 cups
