Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
4 slices toasted bread, buttered
8 slices tomato
2 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
pickles

Preparation

Mix sour cream, salt and cottage cheese together; place on buttered toasted bread. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of tomato and garnish with additional sour cream, slices of hard-cooked egg and pickles.

Yield: 4 servings
