Delectable Brownies

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 cup cocoa
2 Roberts Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup Roberts Buttermilk

Preparation

Mix together butter, vegetable oil and water; cook until butter melts; pour over combined sugar, flour, cocoa and beaten egg, blending thoroughly. Stir baking soda into buttermilk and add to cocoa mixture, blending well. Pour mixture into a buttered and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes. Frost while warm with Quick Chocolate Frosting. Cool and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
