Deluxe Cottage Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/3 cup crumbled Blue cheese
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Mix together cottage cheese, Blue cheese, horseradish and garlic salt; fold in sour cream until thoroughly blended. Chill well. Serve on sliced tomatoes or salad greens.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
