Deviled Crab

Ingredients

1 cup Medium White Sauce 1 Roberts Egg, beaten 1 cup flaked cooked crab meat 2 tablespoons catsup 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 2 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and chopped 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation

Mix together White Sauce and beaten egg; stir in flaked crab meat, catsup,chopped green pepper, salt, chili powder and chopped hard-cooked eggs. Place mixture in crab shells or ramekins; sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and chopped parsley. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, or until crumbs are well-browned.

Yield: 4 servings
