Dirty Cake

Ingredients

1/2 carton (56 ounce) Hiland-Roberts Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
1 carton (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
1 bag Oreo Cookies

Preparation

Crumble 1/2 of the bag of Oreos and layer the bottom of a 9X13 inch cake pan for the crust. Crumble the remaining Oreos and mix with the Cool Whip and ice cream. Pour mixture over the Oreo crust. Refreeze and serve! It's a very easy and quick recipe to pull together, but you need to allow a couple hours for it to refreeze. EXCELLENT dessert!
