Double-Dip Fried Chicken

Ingredients

4 fully thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/4 cup Roberts Milk
1 1/2 cups flour
pinch salt, pepper, garlic powder
¾ cup vegetable oil

Preparation

In bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. In flat pie plate, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 3 spices. In medium skillet set to medium heat, place 3/4 cup vegetable oil. Dunk chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. Repeat. Place in skillet, cook for total of 10 minutes, turning chicken occasionally with tongs.
