Easy Sassy Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

1 carton (8 ounce) Roberts Sassy Salsa Dip
1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
fresh garlic
dried parsley
black pepper

Preparation

In a hot skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 3-4 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped. Brown chicken breasts on all sides until cooked through. In a sauce pan, combine about 1/2 container (about 4 tablespoons) of the salsa dip with 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup. Add 1 tsp dried parsley and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and well blended. Add about 2 tablespoons water to thin the mixture. Heat the salsa and soup mixture until bubbly. Pour over chicken, and serve.
