Ingredients
6 slices white bread
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
6 Roberts Eggs
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cut a hole in the center of each bread slice with a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Melt butter in skillet; brown 1 side of bread in skillet. Turn bread. Drop an egg into the hole in the bread. Salt and pepper. Fry to desired doneness, turning if required. Sprinkle grated cheese on top just before done. Butter rounds from bread and toast; serve with jam or jelly.
